Took these all through out pregnancy not sure if it's just being fortunate but i rarely had morning sickness. Never had issues taking it either easy to swallow and no side effects for me. Gave birth to a healthy 7 lbs baby. I also took the pregnacare conception i believe it helped me also. Now moving on to the bread feeding vitamin. It's a good buy.
